Present: Commissioners Dan White, Mary Lynn Neuhaus, Christian Stillings
Also present: Randy Peck, Jeremy Jensen, Mark Dalsing, Shelley Laird, Mark Ludescher, Bob
Rehfeldt, Corey LuGrain, Rick Steines, Jacob Reiff, Ryan Neuhaus, Kevin Esser, Greg Harris
1. Approval of minutes from the May 16, 2018 meeting. Motion by Neuhaus to approve the minutes
as submitted. Second by Stillings. Motion carried 3-0.
2. Establish the passing score for the position of Records Clerk. Motion by White to set the passing
score of 50 (71.4%) and above correct answers and certify the list for Records Clerk as read for
one (1) year. Second by Stillings. Motion carried 3-0. Mark Dalsing and Shelley Laird left the
meeting at 10:48 AM.
3. Schedule an entrance examination for the position of Firefighter/Paramedic. Motion by Neuhaus
to set the application deadline for either July 25, 2018 or August 1, 2018 at 5 p.m. with an
examination date of October 20, 2018 at the recommendation of Fire Chief Rick Steines. Second
by Stillings. Commissioner White to proctor. Motion carried 3-0.
4. Establish the passing score for the position of Fire Equipment Operator. Motion by White to set the
passing score at 69 and above correct answers as recommended by Fire Chief Rick Steines and
certify the list for the position of Fire Equipment Operator as read for two (2) years. Second by
Neuhaus. Motion carried 3-0.
5. Adjournment. Motion by White to adjourn at 10:54 AM. Second by Stillings. Motion carried 3-0.
