Present: Commissioners Dan White, Mary Lynn Neuhaus, Christian Stillings
Also present: Randy Peck, Jeremy Jensen, Wally Wernimont, Laura Carstens, John Klostermann
1. Approval of minutes from the June 26, 2018 meeting. Motion by Neuhaus to approve the minutes
as submitted. Second by Stillings. Motion carried 3-0.

2. Request to set the test date for Police Lieutenant promotional exam on August 22, 2018 at 6 PM ��
at the DLEC. Motion by Neuhaus to set the promotional exam as recommended by Police Chief '
Dalsing. Second by Stillings. Motion carried 3-0.

3. Request to set the test date(s) in October or November 2018 for Fire Department promotional �
exams for medical officer, fire lieutenant, fire captain, EMS Supervisor, and assistant fire chief. 7
Motion by Stillings to set the promotional exam dates on November 13, 2018 at 6 PM and �
November 14, 2018 at 6 PM at the Fire Training Center. Second by White. Motion carried 3-0. ;;

4. Establish the passing score for the position of Laboratory Technician. Motion by Stillings to set the ;
passing score of 34(67.6%)and above correct answers and certify the list for Laboratory Technician j
as read for 1 (one) year. Second by Neuhaus. Motion carried 3-0. ;,

5. Establish the passing score for the position of Landfill Equipment Operator. Motion by Stillings to set j
the passing score of 43 (6.2.3%)and above correct answers and certify the list for Landfill Equipment �

6. Establish the passing score for the position of Assistant Planner. Motion by Stillings to set the passing ��
score of 69 (69%) and above correct answers and certify the list for Assistant Planner as read for 1 :�
