This position would be compensated at the same rate of pay as the Engineering Assistant II position. Personnel Manager Randy Peck recommends the City Council eliminate one Engineering Assistant II position and create one Right of Way Management Technician position in the Engineering Department. This position would be compensated at the same rate of pay as the Engineering Assisfiant II position. This would be a separate Civil Service classification. The requested action is for the City Council to approve a motion eliminating one Engineering Assistant II position and creating one Right of Way Management Technician position in the Engineering Department.
