Takes Date of Claim Date of Loss 03/19/03 03/05/03 Nature of Claim Vehicle Damage This is a claim in which claimant alleges that a City of Dubuque snowplow struck the rear of claimant's 1991 Ford Explorer, damaging the rear quarter panel. According to the report of John Klostermann, Street/Sewer Maintenance Supervisor, Operations & Maintenance records show that this accident did occur as stated in the claim, and Mr. Klostermann determined that the CitY is at fault. It is therefore the recommendation of John Klostermann to approve this claim for the amount of $750.25. The Legal Department concurs with this recommendation.
