Kuhle, Robert McCoy, Jennifer Tigges and Ray Werner
STAFF PRESENT: Marie Ware and Eileen Trimble
OTHERS PRESENT: Merlin Santjer and Tom Witry, Miracle League of
Dubuque
WELCOME NEW COMMISSIONER:
Everyone welcomed Mr. Robert McCoy to the Park and Recreation Commission.
He will finish out the term of resigning commissioner Karen Lyness.
OATH OF OFFICE:
Commission Chair Kirkendall administered the oath of office to new commissioner
Robert McCoy.
RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE MIRACLE LEAGUE FIELD AGREEMENT
AND LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF DUBUQUE AND MIRACLE
LEAGUE OF DUBUQUE; VOTE:
Copies of the proposed agreement and proposed lease were sent to commissioners
as part of the agenda packet and may be found as part of the original minutes.
It was moved � Kennicker, seconded � Kuhle, to recommend approval of the
Miracle Leaque Field Aqreement � and Between the C� of Dubuque and Miracle
Leaque of Dubuaue and the Lease Aqreement Between the C� of Dubuque and
Miracle Leaque of Dubuque. Unanimous.
RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE NAMING RECOGNITION REQUEST FROM
MIRACLE LEAGUE OF DUBUQUE; VOTE:
Copy of the naming recognition request was sent to commissioners as part of the
agenda packet and may be found as part of the original minutes.
It was moved � Tiqqes, seconded �Werner, to recommend approval of the
Naminq Recoqnition Request from Miracle Leaque of Dubuque. Unanimous.
ADJOURN; VOTE:
It was moved by Kennicker, seconded by Werner, to adjourn the meeting at 5:45
p.m. Unanimous.
