Approval of minutes from the September 26, 2018 meeting. Motion by Baskerville to approve the minutes as submitted. Second by White. Motion carried 2-0. 2. Establish the passing score for the position of Firefighter/Paramedic. Motion by Baskerville to approve the passing score of 72% and certify the list for the position of Firefighter/Paramedic as read for one (1) year per the recommendation of Fire Chief Steines. Second by White. Motion carried 2-0. Justin Geyer, Derek Paulson, and Chief Steines left the meeting at 3:39 p.m. 3. Establish the passing score for the position of Equipment Operator I. Motion by Baskerville to set the passing score of 56 (72.7%) and above correct answers and certify the list for the position of Equipment Operator I as read for two (2) years. Second by Stillings. Motion carried 3-0. 4. Establish the passing score for the position of Utility Worker. Motion by White to set the passing score of 65 (66.3%) and above correct answers and certify the list for the position of Utility Worker as read for one (1) year. Second by Stillings. Motion carried 3-0. 5. Establish the passing score for the position of Engineering Technician. Motion by Baskerville to set the passing score of 63 (54.8%) and above correct answers and certify the list for the position of Engineering Technician as read for one (1) year. Second by Stillings. Motion carried 3-0. 6. Schedule an entrance examination for the position of Scale Operator. Motion by White to set the application deadline for November 19, 2018 at 5 p.m. with an examination date of December 5, 2018. Second by Baskerville. Commissioner Stillings to proctor. Motion carried 3-0. 7. Schedule an entrance examination for the position of Traffic Engineer. Motion by Baskerville authorizing Personnel Director Peck to set the date for submission of applications and examination date. Second by White. Motion carried 3-0. Gus Psihoyos and Dave Ness left the meeting at 4 p.m. 8. Schedule an entrance examination for the position of Bus Operator. Motion by Baskerville to set the application deadline for November 14, 2018 at 5 p.m. with an examination date of November 27, 2018 at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Second by White. Commissioner White to proctor at 10 a.m. and Commissioner Baskerville to proctor at 6 p.m. Motion carried 3-0. Jodi Johnson and Renee Tyler left the meeting at 4:02 p.m. 9. Schedule an entrance examination for the position of GIS Applications Specialist. Motion by Stillings authorizing Personnel Director Peck to set the date for submission of applications and examination date. Second by Baskerville. Motion carried 3-0. Nikki Rosemeyer left the meeting at 4:04 p.m. 10. Schedule an entrance examination for the position of Right -of -Way Management Technician. Motion by Stillings authorizing Personnel Director Peck to set the date for submission of applications and examination date. Second by Baskerville. Motion carried 3-0. 11. Adjournment.
