ABOUT A HALF A BLOCK AWAY. HE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS A GOOD THING I WAS
OUTSIDE OR HE WOULD HAVE NEVER STOPPED AND I WOULD HAVE HAD A
CLAIM ON MY INSURANCE FOR AN ACCIDENT THE CITY OF DUBUQUE WAS
RESPONSIBLE FOR. He told me not once but several times that he would not have
stopped.
ITEM 13. — CONTINUED
PAYMENT DUE TO YOUR PROCESS IS THE ONE DUE ON MARCH 1ST IN THE
AMOUNT OF $ 383.85 AND WILL CONTINUE FOR EVERY MONTH YOU DELAY MY
CAR FROM BEING READY TO DRIVE AWAY AND BE TURNED INTO HONDA. IN
OTHERWORDS ANOTHER PAYMENT WILL BE DUE APRIL 15T IN THE AMOUNT OF $
383.85 AGAIN AND FOR THE CONSECUTIVE MONTHS UNTIL THIS CLAIM IS
SETTLED.
ITEM 15. — CONTINUED
THE CAR WAS PUSHED A FOOT AND A HALF INTO THE CURB WHEN THE PLOW HIT
IT. THE SHOP TOLD ME THATTHERE MAY BE DAMAGE FROM THAT BUTTHEY
WOULD NOT KNOW UNTIL THEY STARTED TAKING IT APART. IN ADDITION TO
THE DAMAGE THE CAR PAYMENT DUE TO THE LEASE EXPIRATION, THERE ARE
PAYMENTS DUE ON MARCH 1ST AND APRIL 1ST IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 383.85/M0.
THESE AMOUNTS PLUS ADDITIONAL MONTHLY AMOUNTS DEPENDING ON HOW
LONG YOU DELAY MY CAR FROM BEING FIXED AND RETURNABLE TO HONDA.
