for the purpose of conducting the FY20 CDBG Annual Action Plan public hearing and
discussing various FY20 City Departmental budgets.

1. Community Development Block Grant- Fiscal Year 2020 Annual Action Plan:
Proof of Publication on notice of public hearing to approve a Resolution to include the
Fiscal Year 2020 Community Development Block Grant Annual Action Plan in the City of
Dubuque's Fiscal Year 2020 budget and the City Manager recommending approval.
