Present: Chairperson Mede Duehr, Commissioners Loras Kluesner and Richard Wertzberger
Also Present: Police Chief Klm Wadding and Personnel Manager Randy Peck
Chairperson Duehr called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
1. Approve Minutes of February 6, 2003 Meeting
Commissioner Wertzberger moved to approve the minutes of February 6, 2003.
Seconded by Kluesner and passed unanimously.
Request to Schedule Entrance Examination for the Position of Law Enforcement
User Technology Specialist
Commissioner Kluesner moved to approve the recommend ion that the entrance
examination for the position of Law Enforcement User Technology Specialist be a
'~ake-home" test; that the deadline for requesting tests be 5:00 p.m., March 27, 2003
and the completed test must be returned by April 14, 2003 by midnight. Alternative
dates are April 3, 2003 for requesting a test and April 21, 2003 with a midnight
postmark for retum of the completed test. Seconded by Wertzberger and passed
unanimously.
3. Establish Passing Point and Certify List for the Position of Parking Meter Checker
Commissioner Wertzberger moved to establish the passing point for the position of
Parking Meter Checker at 61 and above correct answers (77.2%). Seconded by
Kluesner and passed unanimously. Commissioner Wertzberger moved that the list for
Parking Meter Checker be certified as read. Seconded by Kluesner and passed
unanimously.
There being no further business, it was moved and seconded to adjourn at 3:15 p.m.
