an annual fee of fifteen dollars($15.OD)shall be charged per vehicle for a Residential
Parking Permit; not rnore than#wo(2) Residential Parking Permits shall be issued to �
any dwelling unit, and only vehicles with a permit shall be allawed to park curb side in �
the distri�t between the hours identified above and as identified by City�ounciL �
Guest Permit�will be issued in accordance with the City of Llubuque Code of �
Ordinances.
