Dear Mr. Duggan and Council Members,
Dubuque Bank and Trust is hereby requesting approval for the authorization of consmaction
on a public right-of-way. The construction will be an underground walkway connecting the
DBT Main Bank with the "Old Walsh Building" 1398 Central Ave.
The passageway will provide access for personnel, supplies and secure documents to be
transported between the two buildings. We are presently working with BDC Structural
Engineering, BuesingCivil Engineering, City of Dubuque engineering, Porlzen construction
and The Casey Associates, AIA to develop the design and coordinate the project with all
local and state entities.
