Service Annual Products Report and Baseline Questionnaire. This annual report is a
form submitted by all Certified Local Governments to the National Park Service which
the National Park Service uses to help demonstrate to Congress the accomplishments
of programs funded by the Historic Preservation Fund.

This memorandum transmits the 2009 National Park Service (NPS) Annual Products
Report and Baseline Questionnaire for the City Council to receive and file. The annual
report is a form submitted by all Certified Local Governments to the National Park
Service. The NPS uses the report to help demonstrate to Congress the
accomplishments of programs that are funded by the Historic Preservation Fund.
This report is submitted for the City Council's information. No action is needed.
