RE: CAT Marketing Award FY 2010
Dear Mayor Buol:
We are pleased to inform you that the Vision Iowa Board intends to award the City of
Dubuque a Community Attraction & Tourism (CAT) Marketing grant of $10,000.
Advertising will promote the Art Market, located in the Port of Dubuque during July and
August of 2010. Radio and online advertisements will run in Dubuque, Quad Cities, Cedar
Rapids, and Iowa City.
The award, made by the Vision Iowa board on January 13, 2010, includes the following
provisions:
■ The project will contain all components originally proposed in the application, as
approved by the Vision Iowa Board.
• The advertisements will include credit to the Vision Iowa Program for the cooperative
efforts.
• The award shall be made pursuant to contingencies outlined in a contract approved by
all parties.

necessary reporting forms for your award, and will be available to answer questions you may
have regarding your award.
