RE:
INTRODUCTION

of disturbances, crimes against persons, crimes against property, and public morals
occurring at the business since the last liquor license renewal.
BACKGROUND
Regarding the listed establishments, the following is a summary of activity since their
last renewal. The following key provides a brief description of those calls for service
displaying four areas of concern.

against property, and no public morals calls. Additionally, there were no individual
violations and no violations against the business.
EAGLES CLUB #568 (1175 CENTURY DRIVE)
Since the last renewal date there were nine calls for service to the establishment. Of
those nine calls there were no disturbances, no crimes against persons, one crime
against property, and no public morals calls. Additionally, there were no individual
violations and no violations against the business.
GIN RICKEY'S (1447 CENTRAL AVENUE)
Since the last renewal date there have been 137 calls for service to the establishment.
Of those 137 calls there were 13 disturbances, eight crimes against persons, two crimes
against property, and five public morals calls. Additionally, there were 21 individual
violations and no violations against the business.
The 137 calls for service is an overall increase over last year's 81 calls. When examined
closer though, we see there was one more disturbance than last year's total, four more
crimes against persons, and actually one less individual violation. However, with the
increase in overall calls for service, we will be taking additional steps to reduce these
numbers. Arrangements have been made to meet with the owners and regularly
scheduled meetings will be held in order to review the calls for service and the
establishment's reduction efforts. Increased calls for service or a lack of reduction in
calls for service could potentially affect subsequent liquor license issuances.
