BACKGROUND The City has a long-standing partnership with the Multicultural Family Center Board. The City in the partnership takes care of the costs related to the building and staffing and the Board takes care of the costs related to programming. DISCUSSION The Multicultural Family Center Board is an outstanding partner of the City. The Board prepares an Annual Report which summarizes their programming, successes and fundraising efforts. President of the Board, Marlene Woller would like to present this Annual Report to the City Council.
