Market Analysis Update
DATE: May 21 , 2019
The purpose of this memo is to request City Council approval to schedule a Work
Session on Monday, August 26, 2019 from 6:00 to 7:00 PM in the City Council
Chambers at the Historic Federal Building.
The informational work session would be for City Council discussion and feedback
regarding the 2019 Washington Neighborhood Market Analysis Update.
The 2013 analysis update was prepared Teska Associates, and the firm has prepared
the 2019 update with additional housing information requested by the Housing &
Community Development Department. A presentation and the final report will be
provided by consultant Scott Goldstein of Teska Associates.
