One (1) member must be a person who is a recipient of tenant based rental assistance under Section 8 of the United States Housing Act of 1937 whose � name appears on a lease of Section 8 property. If such member ceases to be a recipient of rental assistance under Section 8, the term of such member is deemed terminated and a new member who meets the requirements of this Subsection must be appointed for the remainder of the term. � 3.
