Hello Mayor Duggan:
Thank you very much for the enlightening tour in Dubuque on Monday. I really envy
your progress and accomplishments. You ail certainly had some bold visions and ideas
over the past decade and now the payoff begins! We can hope that the voters of Cedar
Rapids recognize the need for development and stimulation on our waterway as well.
Please extend my appreciation to your colleagues and staff and also to Jerry for the
wonderful tour of the museum site. All the best as you move forward with future
endeavors and I look forward to being a regular "tourist" in Dubuque myself. It is my 2nd
favorite city in Iowa!
