As per our Purchase of Services Agreement with the City of Dubuque, I am making this Th/rd Quarter Report
detailing our activities in working with youth from Dubuque who have been referred to our High Risk Youth
programs.
During the third quarter, the following numbers of youth in the City of Dubuque were seen in the following
