Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that when he drove over a 2-ff. x 3-ff.
pothole located in front of 915 Kane Street, his vehicle's front bumper, impact bar and
front right headlight were damaged, and it also caused his vehicle to be thrown out of
alignment.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
