The purpose of this memo is to request your signature on Amendment Number 3 with
563 Design to design and bid preparation documents related to the renovation of the
office suite in the current Multicultural Family Center for MFC and Human Rights
Department personnel.

Attached is the Amendment in the amount of$9,500 to complete this work.
