Committee Members Present: Rick Baumhover Michelle Becwar Amy Eudaley Jim Holz Dorothy Schwendinger Committee Members Absent: N/A Staff Present: Kris Neyen Gina Hodgson Oath of Office — Rick Baumhover, Michelle Becwar, Amv Eudalev & Dorothv Schwendinqer Committee members Baumhover, Becwar, Eudaley and Schwendinger read & signed the Oath of Office. Chairperson Holz signed all as witness. Certification of Minutes: June 26, 2019 Housinq Trust Fund Advisory Committee Meetinq Committee Member Schwendinger moved to approve the June 26, 2019, meeting minutes as submitted. Committee Member Eudaley seconded. Roll call. All present in favor. Motion passed. Correspondence / Public Input None j Old Business None , New Business I FY2020 Housing Trust Fund Application — Public Hearing Committee Member Eudaley moved to open the public hearing. Committee Member Schwendinger seconded. Roll call. All present in favor. Motion passed. Kris Neyen, Rehabilitation Programs Supervisor, reviewed the 2020 Housing Trust Fund (HTF) application. The application includes information regarding: the City, Program Description; Administration, Board of Directors, Sources of Funds, Use of Funds, IFA Certification, the Housing Assistance Plan (HAP), Local Support/Partnerships, Local Match (GDTIF Receipts), Timeline of Activities, Minority Impact Statement, Annual Report, and marketing materials used by the Housing Rehabilitation Program. Committee Member Becwar moved to close the public hearing. Committee Member Schwendinger seconded. Roll call. All present in favor. Motion passed. Committee Member Schwendinger moved to accept and approve the FY2020 HTF Application. Committee Member Baumhover seconded. Roll call. All present in favor. Motion passed. Up-date of Trust Fund Activities Neyen asked if the Committee had any questions regarding the information sheet that was distributed in their packets up-dating the Committee on expenditures and committed funds. Neyen explained that City will be issuing a press release to notify citizens of the boundary changes. Chairperson Holz asked if the City will team up with True North to roll out the new boundary map with a "splash". Neyen responded that yes, True North may be promoting and making it a bigger "splash" since all of True North's properties but one will now be included in the qualified area. Chairperson Holz inquired on status of closing out projects and selling the city owned properties. Neyen gave a status update on each property.
