Travelers out of the Dubuque Regional Airport already know about the superior
customer service from the staff of American Eagle Airlines. They now have
another reason to celebrate. The Dubuque station was named the 2009
American Eagle Station of the Year for the Midwest Region. This award is for
having low numbers of controllable airline delays, first morning flight departure
delays and baggage handling performance.
