Dear Ms. Schneider:
This letter is to notify your city of upcoming channel additions. On or about
March 4 2010 the following high definition channels will launch:

E! in HD 767
HLN in HD 768
Tru TV in HD 769
In order to view high definition channels customers will be required to lease an HD converter
box or a cable card from Mediacom. These channels will be available to all Family Cable
customers at no additional charge who currently have an HD converter.
