Van Milligen, City Manager SUBJECT: Fiscal Year 2011 Wage Plan and Compensation Package for Non - Bargaining Unit Employees DATE: March 10, 2010 Dubuque klitd An- AmmicaCity 11111 I 2007 Personnel Manager Randy Peck recommends that the Non - Bargaining Unit Wage Plan for General Employee classifications and Non - assigned classifications be increased by 3.5% across - the -board effective July 1, 2010. This increase is consistent with the wage increase to be received by the Firefighters Association, Police Officers Association and Teamsters Union bargaining units in Fiscal Year 2011, and it is also consistent with the City Council wage guideline for Fiscal Year 2011. I concur with the recommendation and respectfully request Mayor and City Council approval.
