ITEM TITLE: Dubuque Jaycees 2020 Fireworks Request
SUMMARY: Correspondence from Thomas Parsley, General Manager
for Radio Dubuque, in partnership with the Dubuque
Jaycees, requesting approval to conduct a fireworks display
on Friday, July 3, 2020 from 9:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on
Volunteer Road between Hawthorne St. and Lime St. in
conjunction with the closure of indicated streets and A.Y.
McDonald Park as part of a special event request. A rain
date of July4, 2019 is also requested.
