framework for implementation of Imagine Dubuque 2037: A Call to Action, the City's

The purpose of this memo is to request City Council approval to schedule a Work
Session on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at 530 PM in the City Council Chambers at the
Historic Federal Building, 350 West 6th Street.
The informational work session would be for City Council discussion and feedback
regarding a recommended Collective Impact framework for implementation of lmagine
Dubuque 2037: A Call to Action, the City's 2017 Comprehensive Plan.
Mike Hoffmann, Project Manager for Teska Associates, the City's consultant for the
creation and implementation of Imagine Dubuque, will make a brief presentation.
