11. U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) - Family Unification
Program Application
City Manager recommending City Council authorization of an application to the U.S.
Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) for the administration of the
Family Unification Program in partnership with Public Child Welfare Agency (Iowa
Department of Human Services). It is further recommended that City Manager or his
designee be authorized to execute all required documentation for this grant application.
