SPECIAL SESSION
The Dubuque City Council met in special session at 6:00 p.m. on January 13, 2020 in
the second -floor Council Chambers of the Historic Federal Building, 350 W. 6th Street.
Present: Chairperson Shaw; Council Members Cavanagh, Roussel!, Sprank; City
Manager Van Milligen, City Attorney Brumwell
Absent: Mayor Buol; Council Members Resnick and Jones
Chairperson Shaw read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council
called for the purpose of conducting a work session on Socrata Open Performance.
WORK SESSION
Socrata Open Performance
1. City staff will lead an interactive work session with the City Council on the new
Socrata Open Performance platform and gather feedback about how it can be most
useful in their decision-making process.
