At the Work Session they will present the draft Dubuque County Conservation Comprehensive Parks, Trails, and Open Spaces Master Plan and request City Council input. DISCUSSION Dubuque County Conservation Director Brian Preston requested the opportunity to present and gather input from the City Council regarding the Dubuque County Conservation Comprehensive Parks, Trails, and Open Spaces Master Plan draft. Dubuque County Conservation has been working on this Plan with the assistance of RDG Planning and Design. They have been soliciting input the last several months across the Dubuque County area and meeting with numerous groups and attending various events to gather this input.
