Dear Mayor Buol:
This notice is being provided to you pursuant to the lowa Worker Adjustment and Retraining Act.
McGraw-Hill is restructuring its operations and as a result certain positions are being eliminated
at our facility located at 501 Bell Street, Dubuque lowa 52001. As a result, we will permanently
lay off 28 employees on February 15 & 16, 2020. None of the affected employees is represented
by a union and or has any "bumping" rights. Affected positions consist of the following:
