Dear Mayor and City Council Members,
This memo is to inform you that Chris Schoepner, representative from the
Cathedral Historic Preservation District has decided not to reapply for a second
term.
Chris will be leaving Dubuque on May 15, 2003 to take a position in the Tucson,
Arizona Police Department.
He would like to thank the City Council for the opportunity to serve on the Historic
Preservation Commission.
