Present: Mayor Buol; Council Members Cavanagh, Jones, Resnick, Roussell, Shaw, Sprank; City Manager Van Milligen Mayor Buol read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council called for the purpose of conducting a work session on certain Fiscal Year 2021 Departmental Budgets. PUBLIC HEARINGS Fiscal Year 2021 Departmental Budgets Fiscal Year 2021 City departmental budgets were presented by staff from the following departments. 1. Information Services Department FY21 Budget Presentation: Chris Kohlmann, Information Services Manager; 2. City Attorney's Office (Legal Services) FY21 Budget Presentation: Crenna Brumwell, City Attorney; 3. City Clerk's Office FY21 Budget Presentation: Kevin Firnstahl, City Clerk; 4. City Council FY21 Budget Presentation: Michael Van Milligen, City Manager. 5. City Manager's Office FY21 Budget Presentation: • City Manager's Office: Assistant City Manager Teri Goodmann, and Assistant City Manager Cori Burbach; • Human Resources: Shelley Stickfort, Human Resources Director; • Public Information Office: Randy Gehl, Public Information Officer • Neighborhood Development: Jerelyn O'Connor, Neighborhood Development Specialist; • Sustainable Community Office: Gina Bell, Sustainability Coordinator; • Geographic Information System (GIS): Nikki Rosemeyer, GIS Coordinator; 6.
