Prior to the start of the meeting, the Fire Department displayed the new Mini Pumper
on 6th Street.
Mayor Buol read the call and stated this is a regular session of the City Council called
for the purpose of conducting such business that may properly come before the City
Council.

City Manager providing a copy of the four -page brochure on the 2020 Census, featuring

Dubuque residents to participate in the Census to ensure a complete count.
