Absent at Roll Call:
Mayor Duggan, 'who en-
tered at 5:40 P.M.
Mayor Pro-Tem Buol
read the call and stated
this is a special session of
the City Council called for
the purpose of discussing
the Downtown Master
Plan.
Dave Rusk, Chair of the
Downtown Planning
Committee, spoke and
introduced members of
the Committee. Planning
Services Manager Laura
Carstens gave a presenta-
tion about the proposed
development of the
downtown. Anne Ricker, of
Leland Consulting Group,
and Bob Kost, of SEH Inc.,
also spoke clarifying the
proposal.
There being no further
business, upon motion
meeting adjourned at 6:19
P.M.
