Mayor Duggan read the
call and stated this is a
special session of the City
Council called for the
purpose of conducting the
third reading of the Royal
Oaks Development rezon-
ing request.
Royal Oaks Development
— Rezoning Request (Third
Reading): Communication
of Dan McLaughlin re-
garding the rezoning of
property located at the
end of Rhomberg Avenue
and petition from S.A.
Sutton in opposition to the
rezoning, upon motion
received and filed.
Michalski moved to
postpone the third reading
of the Royal Oaks Devel-
opment Rezoning Request
to May 19, 2003. Motion
died for lack of a second.
An Ordinance Amending
Appendix A (the Zoning
Ordinance) of the City of
Dubuque Code of Ordi-
nances by reclassifying
hereinafter described

CR Commercial Recrea-
tion District to PUD
Planned Unit Development
