Mayor Buol read the
call and stated this is a
special session of the
City Council called for
the ‘purpose of review-
ing certain Fiscal Year
2021 Departmental
Budgets.

sponded to questions
from the City Council
following their respec-
tive presentations. Fol-
lowing the Park Div-
ision presentation, Ms.
Ware responded to
questions regarding
the future of Miller:
Riverview Campground
due tothe ongoing riv-
er flooding causing
closings of the camp-
ground. She stated that
the topic is a Council
policy decision and
suggested that it be-
come part of the next
Council goal setting
session. Following the
MFC presentation, Cou-
ncil Member Brett
Shaw offered to volun-
teer backpacking equi-
pment if the MFC de-
veloped a backpacking
program.
Following the Five
Flags Civic Center pre-
sentation, Clement
Plein, 870 Kaufmann
Avenue, addressed the
City Council about:, his
belief that the Center
should be sold for de-
velopment and ex-
pressed his concerns
with the increase in
property taxes related
to the renovation.
There being no further
business,; Mayor Buol
declared the meeting
adjourned at 9:22 p.m.
