DATE: March 12, 2020
INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this memo is to transmit to the City Council, the approved list of the City
staff and community partners we have identified to serve Coordinators for the 110
recommendations that will implement the Imagine Dubuque Comprehensive Plan.
DISCUSSION
Enclosed is the infographic that depicts the collective impact model for Imagine
Dubuque Implementation. Roles & Responsibilities for the Connectors, Coordinators,
and Champions are described.
Connectors were approved for the 7 Plan Categories. The approved Connectors are
identified on the flip side of the infographic.
We then met with these Connectors to identify potential Coordinators for the 110
recommendations of the Plan.
The Coordinators for the 7 Plan Categories are listed under the COORDINATORS
column on the enclosed spreadsheet. Selection of the Coordinators was approved by
the Connectors for their respective Plan Category. Each Coordinator has willingly
agreed to serve in this role.
We continue to work on identifying Champions for the 110 recommendations.
RECOMMENDATION
With your approval of these Coordinators, we now recommend that you transmit the
enclosed information to the City Council for their information and to receive and file.
Thank you.
