Seimltz.

Mr. Martin Cooney, attorney for
the /¢icNamara interest, quoted
from the abstract which indicated
a covenant at the time the prop-
erty was purchased by McNamara
which would dispute the idea of
objection suggested by Mr. Yian-
nias. The contract of purchase ae-
tually makes no protest of any
kind.
Mr. Lyle Kopp of the Midwest
Deveinpars Inc. stated that he was
not opposed to the shopping cen-
ter but suggested a buffer zone be-
tween single family residences,
which will be built in his subdi-
vision, and the shopping center
property. A definite line could be
set out by a row of evergreen trees
rather than an expensive wall. It
was suggested by the Council teat
the Kopp request be referred to
the Engineering Department for
consideration.
