Absent —None.
Mayor Meuser stated that this is
the regular monthly meeting of the
Council for the purpose of transact-
ing such business as may regularly
come before the meeting, and that
this date has also been fixed for the
purpose of adopting of resolution of
necessity for the construction of an
eight (8) inch vitrified tile sanitary
sewer • in West 28th 'Street, Musca-
tine, Burlington, Davenport and Sab-
ula Streets, and conducting a hear-
ing on plans and specifications, form
of contract, and cost of improvement
for said proposed sewer, having been
approved and on file since Dec. 8th,
1930.

the publisher of notice of pendency
of resolution of necessity for public
improvements and hearing upon pro-
posed plans and specifications, form
of contract and cost of improvements
for sanitary sewer in West 28th
Street, Muscatine Street, Burlington
