Greater Dubuque Development's By -Laws provide that the Mayor, City Manager, and City Economic Development
Director shall be elected to serve on the Greater Dubuque Development Board of Directors. Our records indicate that
your term, the Mayor's term and the Economic Development Directors term expires June 30, 2020. Therefore, Greater
Dubuque needs to receive official notification that you, Roy Buol and Jill Connors will continue to serve in these
capacities.
In addition, two members of the City Council shall be nominated by the Council to serve on the Greater Dubuque
Development Board of Directors. Your present Board members are:

The representatives will be approved at our annual meeting and we ask that you notify us of your nominees prior to
