1. Approve Minutes of February 16, 2010
Motion by Takes to approve the minutes of February 16, 2010 with the change
that the reference to "HIPPA" be changed to the Family Education Rights Privacy
Act of 1974 (FERPA). Seconded by White. Motion carried 2 -0.
2. Approve Passing Score and Certify List for the Positions of Assistant Fire
Chief, Fire Captain, Fire Lieutenant, Assistant Fire Marshal and EMS
Supervisor
Motion by Takes to establish the passing scores for the various positions as
follows: Assistant Fire Chief — 75; Fire Captain — 71; Fire Lieutenant — 68;
Assistant Fire Marshal — 67; and EMS Supervisor — 70. Seconded by White.
Motion carried 2 -0.
Motion by Takes to certify the lists for Assistant Fire Chief, Fire Captain, Fire
Lieutenant, Assistant Fire Marshal, and EMS Supervisor as read. Seconded by
White. Motion carried 2 -0.
3. Certify List for the Positions of Police Captain and Police Lieutenant
Motion by Takes to certify the lists for Police Captain and Police Lieutenant as
recommended by Police Chief Mark Dalsing.
