1. Approve Minutes of February 24, 2010
Motion by Takes to approve the Minutes of February 24, 2010. Seconded by White.
Motion carried 3 -0.
2. Schedule Hearing on the Grievance of Pat DeHeck
The Commission agreed on Thursday, April 1, 2010, at 1 p.m. Peck will contact
union representative Dave Baker. Jeanne Schneider will contact city staff and Pat
DeHeck.
3. Police Entry Examination — Request of Larry A. Nilmeier to Take at Alternate
Time:
Motion by Takes to approve the request. Seconded by Schilling. Motion carried 3 -0.
Peck will contact Neil Weiss about Mr. Nilmeier possibly taking the April 5 Practice
Agility Test for a score and will contact Mr. Nilmeier about transferring a Post Test
Score or re- testing. Peck will then let the Clerk's Office know about possible test
dates.
There being no further business, upon motion the Commission adjourned at 1:05 p.m.
