Dear Mr. Van Miiligen:
This letter is to thank the City Council of Dubuque for awarding the Visiting Nurse
Association a Community Partnership grant this year. These grant funds will enable the
VNA to bring dental health screening and services to low income elderly in Dubuque
who are homebound.
Our appreciation is also extended to the Housing and Community Development
Department as the staff, especially Aggie Kramer, was very helpful in answering
questions during the application process.
Finally, we appreciate having this opportunity to again partner with the City to bring
health services to those needing assistance in our community. Through this partnership,
the VNA is able to continue our work to complete our mission.
