This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that during the White Street Reconstruction
Project, the sanitary sewer line to her home was cut and failed to be reconnected,
causing sewage to back up into the lower level of claimant's home.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
