Hello, my name is Jonas Bandy. I work for the Dubuque Fire Depantment at Station #4,
on Ladder 512. I am also Vice President of Local 353, our union. I would like to be able
to address the City Council on Monday, June 16th regarding the proposed budget
cuts. I desire to talk about how the budget cuts will affect the community. I intend to
speak briefly and then answer any questions the Council Members might have. Thank
