Chair Gerald Hammel called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m., following staff assurance of
compliance with Iowa Open Meeting Law.
Commissioners Present: Dean Boles, Janice Craddieth, Hilary Dalton, Kelly Fox, Gerald
Hammel, Michelle Hinke, Tom Wainwright
Commissioners Absent: Julie Woodyard
Staff Present: Christopher Lester, Lisa Barton
Commissioner Wainwright arrived at 5:31 p.m.
Certification of Minutes
Motion by Commissioner Dalton to approve the May 20, 2020 Commission meeting minutes
as submitted. Seconded by Commissioner Craddieth. Motion carried 7-0.
New Business
a) Set Public Hearing for FY2020 Annual Action Plan Amendment #3 for June 2, 2020,
regarding reallocation of $100,000 from Broadband Project to Short -Term Rental/
Mortgage Assistance Program
Commissioner Hammel inquired if there was a motion to set a public hearing. Motion by
Commissioner Wainwright to set a Public Hearing for FY2020 Annual Action Plan Amendment
#3 for Tuesday, June 2, 2020. Seconded by Commissioner Hinke. Motion carried 7-0.

There being no further business, motion by Commissioner Wainwright to adjourn at 5:33 p.m.
Seconded by Commissioner Craddieth. All in favor, motion carried.
