Request of Curtis Gerhard, Knickers’ Saloon, for a Class “C” Beer/Liquor
License (One-Day Outdoor Service) for a special event on May 1, 2010.

Granting the issuance of a Class “C” Liquor License (One-Day
Outdoor Service)
Suggested Disposition: Receive and File; Adopt Resolution
2. Advanced Metering Infrastructure Project
City Manager recommending approval of agreements with Interstate Power and
Light Company and International Business Machines Corporation for the
Advance Metering Infrastructure Project and the Iowa Power Fund Board
Contract for a Grant of $1,400,000 to the City of Dubuque.
