The Dubuque City Council met in special session at A�:00 p.m. �
on August 10, 2020 at the Grand River Center, 500 Bell Street, �
Room 4. �
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, mandates for social distancing �
and face coverings were enforced for all attendees. �
Present: Mayar Buol; Council Members Cavanagh, Jones, Lynch, r
Resnick, Roussell, Sprank; City Manager Van Milligen, City �
Attorney Brumwell i;
Mayor Buol read the ca11 and stated this is a special I
session of the City Council called for the purpose of ,I�I
conducting a work session on Fiscal Year 2022 Goal Setting

Members Cavanagh, Roussell and 5prank were welcomed. City ;
Manager Van Milligen provided handouts. Mr. Sumek reviewed the
following sections from the Leader's Guide 2020 warking l;
document for input from the City Council: ',;
