Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, mandates for social distancing � and face coverings were enforced for a11 attendees. II Present: Mayor Buol; Council Members Cavanagh, Jones, Lynch, Resnick, Roussell, Sprank; City Manager Van Milligen, City Attorney Brumwell Mayor Buol read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council called for the purpose of conducting a work session on Fiscal Year 2022 Goal Setting I� Session 3 of 3. ,� WORK SESSION Fiscal Year 2022 Goal Setting Session 3 of 3 �� 1.
